Lainie Elton

Lainie brings over 25 years of experience in film distribution, where she's worked hand-in-hand with producers, directors, and creative teams on a wide range of projects across the Canadian and international film landscape. She served as Vice President, Sales & Acquisitions at levelFILM and Vice President, Licensing & Digital Strategy at Sphere Films. She also managed digital sales at eOne’s Momentum Pictures, overseeing partnerships with major cable and streaming platforms across North America. Most recently, she's been working independently as a distribution, sales, and development consultant, partnering with various entertainment companies to grow their businesses and create value across the distribution chain.

Working in development and production feels like an inevitable evolution for Lainie - one that plays to her strengths in communication, creative problem-solving, strategy, and building industry relationships. Joining the High Park Entertainment team represents a professional turning point for her but also an opportunity to step fully into a role she's been yearning for throughout her career.
